This service was great. One of the EMS sat with me in the back checking my vitals and making sure I was as comfortable as possible during a very painful trip to Shand's. Insurance covered this without issue. Thank you for your service.
I was conscious and in my right mind. Broken hip. No one ask me if I wanted this service or that it was not in my network. A complete rip off. The driver and other guy sat up front,never checked on me or spoke to me then I get a bill for $ for 2,683 for a 17 mile ride. This is wrong and I have been out of work for 3 months due to the fall. I have no money. My insurance paid all but 136$ but transcare will not except it because they are not in my network. Bad bad people. ABSOLUTE CROOKS! THEY NEVER EVER SENT MY BILL AND PUT IT TO COLLECTIONS! REFUSE TO PICK UP PHONE AND CHARGED THOUSANDS FOR A 30 MINUTE RIDE! If I known I would have called an uber to deliver myself to the hospital TUBES AND ALL!
Horrible company and billing is a joke.
We waited 8 hours for a transfer from Georgia eastern hospital to hospice. We were told they would transfer her at 3:00 pm never showed till almost 10:00 pm
