Zach came over to see what all I wanted done for fencing. He came off as a great guy with integrity at first. He said I had to pay $9000.00 up front. Do yourself a favor and sort these reviews by newest. Something has gone wrong here as of late. Their overall 4 stars should be 1 or 2, were it representative of their current work. Our neighborhood street doesn't get plowed by the city. So, we contracted with TransBlue for $30,000 for one year to be plowed in the case of 2" or more of snow. I paid a 50% deposit to get a job done in august. In October, I started following up to see when they would be completing the work. No response. Not from any of the support staff or PMs. I finally got a response from Zach Simms (owner) in late November. He stated he would refund the money because they couldn’t complete the job. He stated the check was in the mail 11/28. I’ve been following up daily for 10 days with his PM Mike Dix. Zach Simms states he is holding my funds for 60 days. BEWARE IF YOU USE TRANSBLUE!
WARNING!!! The TransBlue franchise has BIG PROBLEM! They have sold 24 franchise and till now 13 of them are either closed or go bankrupt!! You are likely to LOSE YOUR MONEY!!! We signed the contract with TransBlue Bellevue on Aug 2022, but they never started the project and now they are shutting down! (together with TransBlue Ballard). We hired Transblue in April 2022 to install a new patio, curbing, artificial turf and fencing in our backyard. We agreed on a price, signed a contract and gave them $16,892 to start the work, which was half of the total bid. We were told we would be put on the schedule in June, then July, then August.
