We found this company through Angie. We were put in contact with Josh. He seemed enthusiastic and we were excited to work with them. May 10 we gave them a 50% deposit on a project. $20,000. It is August and not only did they never start the project, once we were promised refund they became nonresponsive according to Angie. Still no construction and no refund. Not wealthy, that is a huge chunk of money for us. It is heartbreaking and disappointing.
Someone came out very nice said they would get back to me a week later . Understably they said they needed more time because if Covid and people being out . I have called to check back I'm now it's the third week and no one will call me back and no one answers their phone . Disappointing.
H. Ida's damage to our fence required a rebuild. Transblue NO assessed the costs based on a detailed itemization of the work needed. A brochure was left for our convenience since new materials and styles were to be chosen. Frequent contact kept us informed of availability of products in the post hurricane time frame. We felt we were informed and in control as the project progressed. Transblue earned their five stars.
Wow I was so amazed at the craftmanship that Transblue did in remodeling my brother's deck, simply beautiful, the finished work is fantastic, my husband and I spend hours taking in the sunrise over the lake!!
