These people don’t pay their subcontractors. I did lots of business for them last year. I’m a small company and they refused to pay me. I have invoices that are 10 months old and they are telling me that a communication was sent out to all their contractors that there will be no payments for another two months. Horrible experience, they took my deposit, delayed on my project for months and then declared bankruptcy in November without paying thier trades or completing a single project they were hired for. Tim Lyon is not to be trusted, stay away from any business he is attached to.
Over promised, under delivered. Paper contract only and then all subcontracted out. Sales person will promise you the world and made it sound like they had their own crews. Poor to non existent communication as soon as we put down out deposit. Severely delayed project start by 8+ months without proper communication, we had to constantly check in to get things going. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We used Transblue for our driveway and patio. We wanted to lay cement down, stain it and seal it. From day one, the project turned into a major disaster. Major delays, sketchy contract work and lack of quality. The day they poured the cement it was pouring rain and worked until about 11PM. Our neighbors were upset about the noise (as they should be).
