I purchased a $1,500.00 front door latch set and it was including installation. It took 4 weeks for Transbay to get the lock set, 10 days to schedule installation and it has been 3 months since they started the installation without the correct interior handle. the temporary handle on the interior sticks out past the side of the door and is a safety hazard but they still do not have the correct one.
