I needed an old skeleton key that was worn for my 100+ year old bookcase that I'm donating to a local church. I took the locks to TransBay and Jerry was able to provide me with the right skeleton key! Outstanding customer care and service. Thank you!

I just came back with a new car key from Transbay Lock. My old key was literally in pieces -- I had to tape things together. This is the best shop for key/lock things around here. Old-fashioned in the best sense of the word is how I would describe this locksmith's shop. I just needed some keys duplicated, but they had a choice of key blanks for me, and did the job quickly and professionally while I enjoyed the nostalgic ambience. Great service!
