Stuart is the best and he saved us from losing in a black hole. He was the only one who understood the exact problem and fought for us to things settled down in positive way.

Suggest avoiding Stuart Hays and Transbay Law Group like the plague. Stuart Hays is incompetent, unprofessional and has no clue how to practice law. He charged me $15,000 to file a case I couldn’t recover legal fees on. He counseled me I could recover my legal fees so I would file the case. Overall, he is a terrible lawyer who lacks integrity and any kind of knowledge of the law. He included precedent in the filing for example which had no bearing on the case. Avoid Stuart Hays and Transbay Law Group!
