If you are wanting to switch to them for your investments I honestly would go somewhere else. They have so many hidden fees they do not tell you about. I’m switching my account to a different investor. I’m so glad I didn’t wait till I was retiring to find out how much they would have really screwed me over. My job has them as there investors and I should have done my research before agreeing to put money into it. RUN DO NOT INVEST!!!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not trust this company with your life. These people have stressed my family and I tremendously. My grandma passed away nearly two weeks ago and everytime you turn around there's a different review process. We ended up paying out of pocket for funeral costs because they're continuously giving us the run around with her policy. Our experience with this company has been horrible. Please shop elsewhere for life insurance!

THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE WITH THEIR CLIENTS MONEY AND TIME. ALL THIS COMPANY DOES IS TAKE THEIR CLIENTS MONEY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AT ALL.
Never answers the phone. I don’t even know why they have one.
Dont know how Transamerica agents are here but after calling their general customer service line, one of their help desk people named Chris was unresponsive and even hung up when asking basic questions about commission, etc. Wouldn't recommend.
