Horrible insurance company. Do not trust them. My parents had them for years. After my dad passed, we tried canceling the policy for my mom. Multiple calls, emails and letters. They told us her policy was canceled. They still took $50.13 a month for two years from her bank account. We just found out about the payments. Now our mom has passed, and they are saying they cancelled her policy in 2023. And they have the nerve to ask us what's our concerns about what they did. Stay away from this insurance company.
