DON'T TRUST THEM. Update...over 7 months before they paid out the claim. We have since been trying to close out all of our other policies and even that has taken far to long and they continue to take out payments....MOST DECEITFUL COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!
They are deceitful! They have great people to build relationships with your family, then once you need the services that you pay for for years they jerk you around and place blame on everyone else. HORRIBLE COMPANY !!! ___ DON'T PUT YOUR LOVED ONES THROUGH IT!!! I never leave reviews but I feel like people should be warned! Awful custumer service when you call the people who handle claims they refuse payment of claim even when they are holding the receit of funeral payment in full from the funeral home. Which is what they claim is signed in wrong spot but it is the exact spot on the funeral home receit that is where they require your signature after payment in full !!!
We love it here. Great selection and a lot of customer reps to help. They are extremely knowledgeable. Just bought a grill here, and they set l it up for free.
