They need to pay attention to their clients and update files
I have been with this company for several years. I have never had an issue until recently when I lost my policy and all the paperwork. No one can find me in the system and when they do it’s for a Retirement Fund. Wrong!!!! I have auto pay every month taken out for Long Term Life Insurance. Called several numbers and can’t get a straight answer. I would love to know how this happens to such a well known company.
