Avoid this place. They are unprofessional, have messed up their documentation, and charge very high fees. Their agents are terrible.
Paid my policy in April never received any thing from them thinking my policy is paid off had it since 1991 something told me to call and check they say it canceled and couldn’t give me information on how much I need to reinstate or why it was canceled. I ask to speak to my agent they said I don’t have one yet I get mail from The BurRidge office asking if I wanted to talk to my agent about my policy (I misplaced that mail still looking for it )
