To add insult to injury, a policy riddled with Hefty fees was a nightmare to try to cancel. We submitted the form to cancel the policy multiple times and it was denied for arbitrary reasons and we were told to resubmit it finally after submitting it for the third time, we made a phone call and it got canceled then after canceling the policy about a month goes by and we get a letter in the mail replying that we’re making a hasty decision and really should ask for their opinion before switching to a different agent or a differ... read more
