They make it extremely hard to recover password. I need to get into MY account and tell me there is nothing they can do for me.
We have been paying our policy since 1992, it is an accident life insurance policy. Was to be lifetime premium and benefits. It has had several different names, now we had a payable accident claim and now they will not pay. We do not recommend this company.
