We have been paying our policy since 1992, it is an accident life insurance policy. Was to be lifetime premium and benefits. It has had several different names, now we had a payable accident claim and now they will not pay. We do not recommend this company.
Automated system is terrible. I have been trying to get information about my policy for a week street. Considering cutting all ties with Transamerica.
They will rob you... A bunch of thieves... Like car salesman... Trust me...been there...
