I am extremely concerned about my recent experience with Transamerica regarding a “retirement policy” that appeared under my elderly mother’s name. My mother is 72 years old and states she never provided bank information or authorized any payments. I just dropped my mouth because my son passed and left me benifiery boy this is beyond horrible, The pain and suffering they put you through over 8months and now still yep still waiting. THEY DIDN'T EVEN DESERVE A START
Customer service is almost non existent. I've been with them for decades and they've literally taken thousands of dollars from me. When I call customer service's it's an automated teller. They ask for your social security number but it always gets disconnected. If you're just getting started with them, honestly, run the other way.
