After my mother passed my adult kids decided to surrender their policy because now they work and have their own policies . Let me just tell you my mom had 37 policies. One of the last four policies ( my Sons) has been giving us so much trouble. It’s ridiculous and It’s unprofessional. I call constantly and they make me do paperwork over and over again. Transamerica insurance company is the most inept company. They are not accredited by BBB and they have shown their lack of credibility by their lack of responsibility. I have personally been working with the company to surrender my policy. Excuse after excuse after excuse. I have called weekly for updates without correct feedback. DO NOT HESITATE TO RUN FAST AND OMIT THIS COMPANY FROM ANY POLICIES. THEY TAJE YOUR MONEY GLADLY BUT REFUSE TO CORRESPOND WITH YOU WHEN YOU SUBMIT REQUESTS. NO GOOD COMPANY
