I have been with Transamerica for many years with the life insurance portion of the company. I have never experienced bad customer service until now! Transamerica has a bot that every phone line goes through and it does not work properly. Several times it says let me get customer service and then hangs up. I finally had to resort to email and all I want to do is pay my bill for the second time since the payment bot botched the first attempt.
