If you call, be prepared to get 5 different answers from 5 different people. Majority of the people don't know what they're doing. Ever since they outsourced their customer service employees, it's been nothing but a headache.
This is a wonderful business with very hands on agents that truly care about their clients. I would recommend them 10 times over!
I would have given zero stats if that was an option. I don't think anyone from Transamerica reads these reviews nor do they care. I had to call 2 different countries and another city in kentucky in order to finally get someone to call me. I worked for this company years ago and it isn't what it used to be. I strongly recommend not doing business with this company!!!
