The worst. The absolute worst. They refuse to honor my father-in-law's life insurance policy because they claimed he transposed his birth date and my mother-in-laws birthdate. This wasn't a problem when she died 10 years ago. They refused to answer our calls and emails until we brought the Insurance oversight agency and the Better Business Bureau. My father-in-law was a veteran and a preacher, the pastor of a small church, who lived on a fixed income and paid for insurance in full and made his burial arrangements years ago. ... read more
