Terrible company
Majority customer service sound like they overseas. He told me my check was mailed out on the 50th. So damn lost and confused what am I paying for?
If I could give them 1/2 stare they have it....I'm a caregiver and every time It's time to pay out they give a problem fake issue THEY DONT want to pay they end up paying but it's a 24 days to get paid and it's never the full amount it's very sad that my clients paid for this now it's time to use it and they make it such a an issue and at this time in my clients life, they have enough things going on. I’ve been trying to change the name off the check to my name instead of my father estate since I’m the beneficiary and it’s only for $108.54. It’s been more than 2 months and I’m still waiting. I’ve sent them what they asked along with the check and small affidavit support. Hopefully, someone on the company is working this task, but the lengthy process is disappointing. Do better Transamerica!
It shouldn't take 5 to 10 business days to get paper work. Then 7to 22 days to get the check
