I have bin a counter since 1987 ,I receive a letter on 1/16/2023 that I owed 3.89 by 1/20/2023 or my ins would be canceled because of insufficient funds . Or go on a phone site and it cost me almost 12.00 to pay it .the letter was typed on 1/06/2023 . After 36 years with them you should have given me at least 2 weeks after receiving it so I could have mailed it in . What a company,!!!!!

They never answer their phones and do not call back. Terrible customer service, and an unreliable business.

dont know anything about the insurance end but they apparently hire lying,cheating,egotistical scumballs like tyson besz to underwrite there poicys so ....

If there was a negative I would give them that. I owned 4 policies. Now have 2. Those two I have because I was told my one policy no longer had interest funds so purchased 2 new policies. Then found out my old policy was still active and I never made payments. I called and told them why and the agent stated well you still had to buy a new policy. ???? Two policies they cancelled, cashed the payment checks and kept the money. When I inquired they refused to talk to me because I was not the person who was named on the policy, ... read more
