Where do I start off with, well orientation is pretty cool & they personal they have in charge is cool & respectful. They first 2 weeks the runs was good than I started noticing they got me doing these local runs. I signed up to be a OTR driver with them, why am I doing local runs for TransAm. Probably not a good place to start as a new driver, even though they'll allow you to. 1. If you're new to trucking and you think they're going to be very informative, from my experience, they're not. 2. Bring your own GPS that you're familiar with, because I was told they have them installed, but then devices are outdated and not as detailed as they should be for new drivers. They don't show all the roads. They don't have the best graphics. They don't show the best routes. They don't navigate around every 'No Truck's' zone. ... read more
