Not even enough decency to pick up the trash they spilt. Everything was in the can and the lid was closed

I just want to say I’m SO glad we switched to TransTrash from WM. When I signed up, they told me that they even pick up on Thanksgiving. Thursday we had our trash out around 8am because we forgot to put it out the night before and I saw our neighbors was still out. We must’ve missed the pick up, because it didn’t get picked up. I called the day after Thanksgiving and explained and the receptionist said she’d get someone out if she could. Little did I know, my husband had called too and spoken to our driver.
