We made an agreement to spend almost $11,000 with them which they collected half up front, to put up 3 signs for our business. Initial agreement was the job would be done in one month. Fast forward, a month goes by, no calls, no updates, nothing. Called him and he said that we are waiting on the permit then after that it would take another month for them to install everything. Very disrespectful, poor business management and communication. Sign by Tran has no C-45 license to install sign, so he ask for our help. We work with them to manufacture/fabricate signs. I called them today because inspection was needed to finalize the sign. The owner on the phone was very mean and rude. He yelled at me pretending he doesn't know me.
