The best auto shop we have ever worked with! We drive a lot and have taken a few vehicles to Trans Service Plus. Phil was so kind and took the time to explain the issues in detail and was patient with my questions. He is honest and clearly cares about the customer. Prices were more than fair. The last transmission problem I had was almost 2 years ago. Phil told me he could repair it or I could wait and save money. Talk about an amazing shop! My son took his 2008 3/4 ton Chevy Silverado to them! They said it looked like a bomb went off in the transmission! They took every step possible and gave us there honest opinion and what they would do. They checked prices for a used transmission, the price to rebuild and the price of a re-manufactured transmission. With the warranty we went with the re-manufactured transmission! Had my 1991 F-150 transmission rebuilt by them due to a computer issue that was overlooked by other mechanics. Extremely good customer service, went beyond what was expected and fixed the problem at its source with no extra charge. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done on their transmission!
This is the second time we went to Phil at trans service plus inc and were never disappointed. we know nothing about transmissions he was always honest and helpful,with a good price.
