Trans Professionals has been very helpful! I trust them with transporting my elderly Mom to her appointments.
Trans professionals is truly professional. Everyone I speak to on the phone is courteous and helpful. All of the drivers are caring, courteous and helpful. I wish more transportation services were like that. Thank you, Trans professionals.
One of their employees was speeding down 19th street barely missed hitting me and almost took out a pedestrian. This person continued to tailgate and follow me, pulling up alongside me. I was very nervous and afraid. Would not feel comfortable ever taking a ride with this company. When I called the company, the owner said he would speak to the person but that I should not have felt threatened as the driver was a senior citizen.
Very excellent service! I can't say enough how professional and qualified the drivers are! I'm so grateful!! Two thumbs up 👍👍
