From the very beginning my experience with Trans Pacific Autobody Repairs was extremely disappointing. I was directed to them by my insurance company, and the problems started straight away. The assessor claimed that my damaged windscreen wasn’t caused by my accident (I hit a tyre on the highway at 80kms and was sprayed with debris across my whole vehicle). After our accident, YOUI referred us to this panel beater for repairs, and everything went downhill from there. When we were told the car was ready for pickup, we quickly noticed that some of the damaged parts hadn’t been replaced at all. When we raised our concerns, the manager responded unprofessionally and even swore at us. To this day, the car still has visible damage that should’ve been repaired.
