After our accident, YOUI referred us to this panel beater for repairs, and everything went downhill from there. When we were told the car was ready for pickup, we quickly noticed that some of the damaged parts hadn’t been replaced at all. The repairs were completed two days earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise! Grant was fantastic. Took in what I thought was a fairly significant repair. He immediately told me it was a minor job, fixed it on the spot, and refused to charge me. Incredible service! Second time I have been to this repairer. Will certainly return if I need to.
