We had a such wonderful experience traveling on bus 123 from Cairns to the Skyrail. This was our first ride on the public whilst on holiday in Cairns. Driver Boban was more than polite, helpful and friendly. We did feel safe with his driving skills. Boban was the reason why we did use the public bus again day after we traveled with him. Thank you very much Boban. Great to know people like you are there for us.
Timetable on the website does not say that during school holidays there is no bus service from Kuranda to Cairns at 4pm. This left several people stranded and stressed who had to pay $30 per person for a shuttle bus back to town. The tourist office told us they have addressed this issue several times but the bus company ignored it and did not add this information to their bus schedule.
