Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. I went in for an estimate on my Toyota truck and was informed that the diagnostic would cost $150 (which I had no problem paying). After handing my keys to the lady at the front desk, I asked how much it would cost to replace the entire transmission instead of repairing it. I'm very particular about my vehicles. This is the first time that I have met the people at TransMax. But I feel like I have about five new friends! Everyone I spoke with were very personable and walked me through my repairs step by step. There weren't any "hidden" charges and they did exactly what was needed to cure my sick transmission. They gave me a great discount because I was a firefighter for many years and had to medically retire. I am very happy with the service and the price. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and was able to fix 2 problems the 2 other companies could not . I have more power. And my brakes work great 👍 and a great price. I'm proud to say I will use this mechanic again.
