Called for advise on torque converter not seating properly. Guy that answered told me, “ so you want me to fix it for you over the phone without bringing it in?” I said No I just want some advise on what it might be that’s stopping me or if I would need to get something replaced and then bring it in, “So exactly what I just said” was his reply and immediately after he started ranting that he wouldn’t rebuild it for $10,000 Whoever that was deserves to be fired for poor customer service.
