My wife and I pulled a trailer from the midwest all the way to Ocala. Upon entering the City, the transmission went out. We were in a very tight spot with time as both of us needed to get home for work. Chris and his team were willing to see us immediately. Called for advise on torque converter not seating properly. Guy that answered told me, “ so you want me to fix it for you over the phone without bringing it in?” I said No I just want some advise on what it might be that’s stopping me or if I would need to get something replaced and then bring it in, “So exactly what I just said” was his reply and immediately after he started ranting that he wouldn’t rebuild it for $10,000 Whoever that was deserves to be fired for poor customer service.
