I recently moved to Ocala, I'm a widow with a young special needs son and I also support my elderly mother. I had my 2014 Chevy at a few different shops before bringing it to Lake Sumpter Transmissions. They figured out it was a couple of different issues mechanical/electrical/programming. They barely had the truck a week to remove,rebuild and re-install the transmission,new torque converter and programmed it. And they came in under quote. The best part is they got all of the repairs financed for me. I would recommend Lake Sumpter Transmission to anyone who want the job done right. (The first time.)
Awesome Job in a timely manner. Would not let a second hand part be installed. It was no easy job but it came back right when other Garages wasted my time as well as towing just to tell me they couldn't do the job. Thanks to Chris I told him over the phone what my issue was to which he said to get it there and he would have an answer by noon. I got it at 11:30. He also helped me with towing and worked with me on the estimate. I'm so thankful to have a new mechanic who is reliable and compassionate.
