Took my car in February of 2024. I asked for a throwout bearing and possibly a clutch if needed. Found out my car had the wrong transmission. 2012 scion tc that had the 2010 tranny in it from the generation prior. He'd offered (very kindly, I'd add) to replace my worn looking axle for the cost of the part alone as he'd have to manipulate it anyway. I accepted. My car is currently en route to this shop and I already feel taken care of. Tony called me back on a Sunday evening to ask what was going on and that he could see me Monday morning for a diagnosis. I could clearly hear a family in the background, and I was shocked to have someone take time out of their family time to provide customer service. The communication has been wonderful and I look forward to seeing their diagnosis.
