I have a ring that had worn down in the back several times and had to get it repaired every time. Since it was repaired at Tran it has not had to be repaired and it has been more than 7 years. Also replaced a stone that had fallen out. Replaced stone and repaired ring and did an excellent job and reasonably priced

Had a gold chain fixed for $25. This is a no frills workshop, not a jewelry store. That means very fair pricing and excellent quality work.

I went in to get four prongs tightened on a large stone and a difficult watch battery changed. Mr. Tran was fast, efficient and well priced. This place is no frills, but the other places quoted me $100-150 and a few weeks to deliver. Mr. Tran helped me on the spot for $50.

Googled jewelry repair, saw the good reviews and decided to drop by and see if I could get my tennis bracelet resized. The owner asked to see the bracelet. He took a look while it was still my hand, didn’t bother holding or inspecting it, and plain out said he was not doing it. He said it was too much work. Ok… Don’t waste your time driving here. He is not interested in doing any repair/resize. What a joke.

From twenty years ago . I finally met up with Dung Tran . To fixed my gold necklace took him 15 minutes. Wonderful customer service as usual . Very nice to see you.
