Had to rebook service apt 2x as tech was a no show, initial diagnosis was nothing was wrong, until we advised what was happening and then it was identified what new parts were needed. I requested a quote for new parts and service, followed up by phone the next day, was told they cant provide a quote and got hung up on twice by the customer service reps. Not impressed.
