Scheduled an appointment on their website and it scheduled it at the wrong location. Waited an hour in the parking lot. Employee said, "Oh yeah, that website is messed up". Same employee took me in and told me I would have to pay a $125 diagnostic fee for my transmission issue. It would be removed from the repairs if they did them later. Sounds fair.
