Very honest people. I dropped in with my pick up because it had what I thought was a shifting pause and although he was busy, he took the time to take my truck for a drive and was gone about 20 minutes or so, and came back to informed me it was not my transmission that he felt it was a throttle issue, but did tell me at the mileage I should probably get it serviced if I haven’t. They have hady husband truck since January 19 and we still don't have it and it is not fixed. They keep doing repairs without asking first and then charging us. We have spent $4700 and still don't have it back and it still isn't fixed. It is now at the dosgw dealership and still no answers. We have to keep calling them to find out the status and still nothing. They don't keep their word and charge without permission.

Dropped the truck on a Monday and was told it would be ready by Friday. Got a rental car and on Friday no truck he said he needed to get the torque converter I could of drove to Portland if that’s what he needed but no contact so now it’s Monday still nothing no calls from them now it’s Friday a week later no truck still paying for the rental now I hear it’s going to be even longer.3/7/25 more to follow
