I had a full rebuilt transmission, Jan.2024 with transfix, just 2 days ago Aug.2026 the transmission was shifting hard and then the Van was reving up and could barely drive. My husband took it to transfix and Augusta said I've never seen you or this Van and my work doesn't fail and you must have driven it very hard. Very honest people. I dropped in with my pick up because it had what I thought was a shifting pause and although he was busy, he took the time to take my truck for a drive and was gone about 20 minutes or so, and came back to informed me it was not my transmission that he felt it was a throttle issue, but did tell me at the mileage I should probably get it serviced if I haven’t. They have hady husband truck since January 19 and we still don't have it and it is not fixed. They keep doing repairs without asking first and then charging us. We have spent $4700 and still don't have it back and it still isn't fixed. It is now at the dosgw dealership and still no answers. We have to keep calling them to find out the status and still nothing. They don't keep their word and charge without permission.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and great service. They did an awesome job on my brother's truck, so good he brought in his other truck. :)
