What is expected out of a money service business
Worst customer service and made it very difficult to send money. So every time I need to send money they ask for copy of my id, what I do for living and relationship to the person when I send the money to the same person. Then I pay extra fee for up to 24h delivery and it takes up to one week because every time I want to send money, I have to go back and forth with their horrible customer service reps sending the same damn documents. Advice all, they are plenty of other ways to send money abroad without all that headache
Horrible back and forth with transfast. Transfer cancelled due to cultural insensitivity. Had to go another company.
