I was impressed with the team here when I purchased my brand new salem platinum trailer. But once they made the sale the service quickly went south. Both the dealership and company have been less then impressive to deal with. The latest issue in a long string was the warranty patch of the floor. Upon getting told it was ready I went and noticed a gap on one side a bubble on the other and a dog eared corner on the patch. I told them I would not accept that. We pulled in, 3000 miles from home, on a Friday afternoon with one issue - then realized we had a way more serious one as well. The tech was AMAZING! Eddie - our sincerest thanks!!
Please, do yourself a favor, take your money to a place where they actually value your business and show integrity for their work. This RV business severely lacks know-how. I wouldn't trust these men to change the tire on my bicycle.
Took my trailer there for a frost sensor and propane regulator recall in oct 2022. When I picked trailer up they hadn't done frost sensor and had to wait for them to do it at pick up and they broke my trailer emergency cable brake off. They said they changed the regulator so I carried on. Summer 2023 still getting recall notices in the mail and turns out they didn't change that either. A embarrassment of a business. Do not take your trailer here these guys couldn't organize a 1 man parade. Circus show is all it is.
