I love this pet clinic! The staff and Dr.Habinski are awesome, compassionate, caring people. They're very understanding and really care about our pets. I would recommend this clinic for the top notch service they provide. Thank you for everything
Excellent experience! So happy we were able to get a short notice appointment for our elderly cat. Dr. R was very kind and gentle with Lulay and answered all of our questions. Thanks to the wonderful front desk staff for arranging everything.
I've dealt with a few clinics and veterinarians over the years. All of the staff at Trans Canada clearly care about not only the pets that they care for, but their human guardians as well. Dr. Habinski has shown us so much compassion and understanding as we navigated one of the hardest and most traumatic events in our life. He helped our bestest boy cross the rainbow bridge when his illness became too much for him. Every visit, even the final one, was calm and thoughtful. We are so happy with the service provided for our three dogs. We have to drive from Thunder Bay so our pups are not always well behaved but everyone is super understanding and patient. They go above and beyond in their care and have provided phone consults as well as creative ways to get our pups meds. We are grateful for their care.
