Everything came largely undamaged. One broken plate which is not too shabby. A couple things I ran into: Communication between drivers and the salesperson was dismal. I had to relay all the info twice and share my documentation twice. My driver up got in a fight with a mover that came late to help. We had a very positive experience with Trans Canada Movers transporting our belongings from New Jersey to Ottawa. The sales executive, Conor, responded promptly to our inquiries before we booked and maintained clear communication afterward, providing helpful guidance on the required documentation. Throughout the process, we felt confident that our valuables were in good hands. The delivery crew took care to avoid damage and worked neatly despite very heavy rain. We truly appreciated their care and efforts.

Tammy was great, communicative and knowledgeable in our cross border move. No move is perfect, had two damaged pieces of furniture. However, Jimmy at final delivery was great! He took the damaged pieces to their warehouse for repair, and they came back in good shape.
