The reception staff at this clinic are extremely rude and unprofessional. Reaching them over the phone is nearly impossible you have to call repeatedly for hours, sometimes over several days, just to get someone to pick up. Even when visiting in person, the behavior of the receptionists is consistently dismissive and disrespectful.As a patient, it’s very frustrating and unacceptable to face these barriers when all we’re trying to do is access care. They don't accept walk-ins, also the doctor's are full and they don't take any more patience.
This clinic can have very long wait times but dr Sarwar is very kind knowledgeable and good at listening to my concerns I have been a patient of hers for 2 years now and she is just a kind understanding doctor
I walked in today because of the swelling around my eyes due to allergy. However, I was informed that their system/internet was down ; thereby making it impossible for doctors to check patient records and provide prescriptions. I really appreciate Dr. Van and Alice (his assistant) for taking the time to call me back and send my prescription online to the pharmacy where I purchase my medicines. Thank you so much!! You are a indeed life savers!!
This is where I go to see my family doctor however the wait times at this clinic are ridiculous at times sometimes you wait over a hour to see your doctor
