This clinic can have very long wait times but dr Sarwar is very kind knowledgeable and good at listening to my concerns I have been a patient of hers for 2 years now and she is just a kind understanding doctor
I walked in today because of the swelling around my eyes due to allergy. However, I was informed that their system/internet was down ; thereby making it impossible for doctors to check patient records and provide prescriptions. I really appreciate Dr. Van and Alice (his assistant) for taking the time to call me back and send my prescription online to the pharmacy where I purchase my medicines. Thank you so much!! You are a indeed life savers!!
This is where I go to see my family doctor however the wait times at this clinic are ridiculous at times sometimes you wait over a hour to see your doctor
The absolute worst clinic ever!! The wait times are unrealistic, once finally in a room it’s another 1 hour wait.The receptionists don’t know what they’re doing and the doctors have to compassion and put no effort. They just want you in and out right away. Dr fouzia Sawar came into the room and started complaining about my mom’s attitude and said I can’t treat you in this environment and refused to talk to my mom and was rude
