I am a 20+ year rider of Transbridge, due mainly to a lack of other transportation options to NYC from my area. The company has minimal respect for their customers in my opinion, and routinely blames problem they have (which are frequent) on something other than their own shortcomings. Excelente servicio y puntualidad.
Terrible customer service very rude on the phone. Will not make exceptions if your ticket is expired by a day. Bought tickets in my wife’s name and couldn’t use them cause they had my name on it. The bus drivers yell at you if you talk on the bus as well.
