According to Florida law, it is unlawful for any used tire retailer to sell unsafe used tires,. This law does not apply to used tire retailers who sell used tires for recapping. If it were possible, I would give this establishment zero stars. They sold me a tire that had a plug on the sidewall, which is incredibly dangerous and could have resulted in a fatal accident.
