This is officially my go-to mechanic from now on—hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had with any auto shop, anywhere in the world! I came in with my engine light on, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue immediately—and they didn’t charge me a single cent. My regular mechanic has retired so I took my car to Trans Auto on a recommendation from a friend. I was leery about bringing my car to a new mechanic. My mechanic was old school, honest, and never tried to upsell. I was pleasantly surprised with Trans Auto. They repaired my car, at what I thought to be a reasonable price and timeframe. I’m very satisfied with Tran’s work. He fixed my brakes problems that been going on for 3 years after brought to 3 different garages, and none of them found the problem, even the dealer of that brand. Highly recommend to my friends and family.
My car had a loud squeal for a month or two and it got to the point where I was scared of the costs. I called all around town everyone kept saying on average to get my car in it would be two weeks. I called Tran Auto based on a recommendation from a friend and he answered and immediately said bring it in I’ll have it down by 6. Phong and his team provide amazing service for all my auto needs. I have been going to Trans auto for the 6 years and I’ve always been satisfied with his work. Him and his team are honest and hardworking. They will let you know if the issue isn’t worth fixing or they do not upsell you on services.
