These guys are rude and try to play with peoples intelligence. I asked if they had time to fix a specific job, which I have a diagnosis for, and he tells me over and over regardless of what I say that "I'm behind, just drop it off." Proceeds to ask me if it's had a diagnosis by them. What difference does it make? Do you have time or not is a simple question? Why do I need a diagnosis from you when I have a computerized one in hand? So you can lie to me about what's wrong? Shut this full of scammers dump down.
I Have been a customer at Trans Auto Care for over ten years. Their service has been excellent, repairs are done well, prices are fair and best of all I trust them. I recommend them to anyone seeking auto services.
I wouldn’t go here again. I went in for a fix and same day I got it back, the problem was still there. Unprofessional and prices are high, might wanna check on what they’re diagnosing you with and check with another mechanic.
Would not trust this place. Scummy practices
