They are very unprofessional. Poor customer service and rude. I called to enquire about shipping to Ghana . The guys behavior was like he has issues with his wife this morning. I can not give them my business.

Each time, pick-up and final delivery were prompt. The boxes were handled professionally. Nothing was missing. The US office listened and responded to my calls for clarification.
