Great 13 weeks of IOP! After calling a few similar places, I was immediately sold on TW, just by speaking with Zoe on the initial phone call & inquiry. Very warm, personable, & promptly returned a few later calls like clockwork. The counselors have a nice mix of approaches, very effective in all. And Ally + Andrew (also extremely helpful folks) run a smooth, tight ship on the office end. My experience was beyond what my expectations were. The clinicians were excellent and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. I also enjoyed that I was able to attend online or in person and even morning or evening depending on what my personal schedule would allow.
This facility and staff have been awesome. I recommend this facility to anyone seeking recovery
