A massage at a mall. Weird, right? Actually, no and the line of people agree with me. I went for a 30-minute massage because my neck has been bothering me. The gentleman (the older one) that worked on me was excellent. He really dug in, I tried to get used to it but I finally had to ask him to soften up a smidge and he did. It was perfect. I came in with really bad neck pain to where I couldn’t move it left or right without hurting. I did a 30 minute session where he was very aggressive on my back and neck. I started crying a little bit and then the lady who also worked there came over told me that I was over reacting and that it’s part of the process or something like that. Hours later I am still in pain and now it’s not just my neck but my upper back and along my spine. I want a refund as soon as possible.
This place is amazing! I’ve been here several times to get massages for my dad, who suffers from chronic lower back and shoulder pain. We've tried a few other places, but they never seemed effective because the massages were always too gentle to make a real difference.
