These people are SCAMMERS!! Much like their last name infers. Our 1st mistake was hiring Loren & Lori Scammahorn / Tranquility Pools & Spas Chelan, WA. Our 2nd mistake was paying them $5,415 upfront in July 2022 to upgrade and install some pool and spa equipment. After hearing some of the most amazing excuses for not coming to do the work and asking them to just deliver the equipment, we finally took them to Small Claims Court in Jan. 2023.
