I booked an appointment at this massage parlor expecting a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, they did not honor my scheduled time. When I arrived, they had given my slot to someone else without any notice or explanation. Instead of making things right, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. This is completely unprofessional and a waste of time. If you value good customer service and reliability, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
