I needed an emergency appointment after finally receiving insurance. The dentist was pretty dismissive and cut me off before I could finish a sentence. I thought id give this place another try after they messed up my moms tooth since I was desperate. They're administrative staff has also failed to send paperwork, or even schedule appointments for me, family members, and friends. This is a Tranquility wide issue and I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
Having a primary and secondary insurance. The people there could not get billing figured out. Simple annual cleaning was all out of pocket. Around $280.00. And instead of an explanation I got directed to my dashboard. No help there. No returned calls. I am not a satisfied customer.
Like the rest. These people do not care about dental treatment. They are simple here to make sure you pay your overpriced bill. If they get the feeling you are “lower class” don’t expect good customer service. And know, they will force you out their doors. I will be taking my family to another dentist office. From here on out.
I will go no where else..the staff are amazing..the dentist is the type of person you want working on your teeth I've been to many dentists in my life The way they treat you with respect the way they make sure you're comfortable never experience that before I highly recommend.
