Very good and professional felt great
I came in one Monday for help with a pinched nerve and knew I’d be returning later that week (because that’s how pinched nerves work) and tipped with both visits in mind. When I came back for my second session later that week and I didn’t leave an additional tip that’s when the experience took a turn. Made a reservation for mothers day gift. They called to verify 2 min after booking it. I told them Saturday at 01300(1pm)Wife and mom went today to check in and they were told that they tried to call to verify but Noone answered. Plus the whole time they were talking to my wife and mom there was a customer just laying on the bed waiting. Not professional. And no desk help. Plus there is no privacy while your getting service. Just out in the open. Ok for some people but some don't like it.

0 stars!! So unprofessional and shouldn’t be running a business by FORCING people to tip. I had already paid and they called me back using a translator to talk to me trying to force me to leave a tip and then got mad when I didn’t want to write it on the receipt. Left and will never come back!! Will be complaining to the mall, and would like the number of the owner to express this same complaint!!!
