I love Britt! She has been cutting my hair since she was a teenager.
Called in May 2024 during normal business hours and was greeted with a “hello” instead of a professional welcome. Whoever picked up the phone said she wasn’t near her book to schedule me and would call me back for a pedicure as a new client (which is fine). Never heard a peep. I guess this is why I’ve lived in Palmer my whole life and never made an appt here.
