I genuinely feel so lucky to have found Heather to help me with a shoulder/collarbone issue that has really bothered me and hindered movement for 5 years now. She is the first massage therapist I’ve found that actually is focused on treating your pain while also providing a relaxing experience. Highly highly recommend!
Loved my massage with Heather! For years I’ve had chronic pain from pregnancy, working with children and old injuries. She took the time the listen and explain the movements and I could feel the muscle tension dissipating. In all my previous massages, I’ve felt the focus was more on relaxation and no actual therapeutic benefit - but not the case with Heather! The massage was not painful, but a good balance of release + I definitely fell asleep near the end (so relaxation is also there!)
My massage was worth every dollar I spent!!
Heather was personal, efficient, and very informative on everything she was doing and why. I really appreciate the work she put into my appointment. I will definitely be back!
