I have stayed here many times in the past and previously would've rated a 4.5 but there has been a serious recent reduction in the quality. While this place is enjoyable and as it says, tranquil, it is beginning to become less than well maintained and swamped with people and the people are often loud, rude, drunk, and are ruining the otherwise "Tranquility." Let me start by saying, I don't love Florida. Take this review with a grain of salt I suppose. Everything is over priced and under delivers. But, it's a family destination and so here we are. Tranquility bay does as much to drain your bank account as any other "resort" in Florida but they do give you a dishwasher and kitchen so you can at least avoid some of the predatory pricing at the less than mediocre restaurants that you'll inevitably be forced to spend your hard earned cubicle bucks on. My husband and I stayed here for one night. This place is beautiful. The sunset piers have enough seating for everyone. Plenty of activities for the whole family. Three beautiful pools. Including an adult only pool. You will not be disappointed with this resort!!
