The hotel has some positives, but also several areas that need improvement. The staff was very polite and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the room cleanliness was an issue—the floors were very dirty, and our feet turned black from walking barefoot. The mattress was also uncomfortable, which made it hard to rest. Additionally, the food took a very long time to come out. For the price of both the stay and the meals, I feel the overall service and comfort should be better.
