I am so grateful we choose tranquility bay for our stay. First time to Florida keys and Marathon. Beautiful kept resort. We stayed in the 200S room. The workers were so amazing and nice. They smiled and so polite. Made the stay very nice and felt welcomed. The resort was so well kept. All pools were Beautiful. We had a heated pool right out if our room. With gorgeous landscaping. The private beach was so cool. For us it was a amazing stay, and hope to be back.
The location was perfect. Beautiful beach with games and gorgeous yet expensive tiki bar. The service was very poor. We didn’t have anyone change out towels/trash the first day. The second day we called and asked for clean towels. We came up to find a plastic trash bag full of clean linens on the front step. We changed our own towels and took out dirty linens and left them on the front step. Took out our own trash. If you’re paying 400-500 a night a person should have to do their own room service. Wow! We loved the beach front villas! Breath taking views, fantastic front porches, nice sandy beach. Kitchens were nicely equipped. Perfect for our family group to hang out together.

Otis at the front desk upgraded our room for our anniversary. Check in was a breeze. The beach is beautiful and the pools are well kept. Dinner at the Butterfly Cafe was excellent. Nara, our server could not have been better . We highly recommend Tranquility Bay.
