Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures of the beach on their website. They lie about the beach cleanliness as well as the supposed crews they have to maintain the seaweed buildup. We stayed for 6 nights in January of 2026 and the beaches were covered in what appeared to be weeks of accumulated seaweed. There was zero attempt to clean it up, even though their website says they do so daily. We complained 3 times and they finally carved a path to the water. What a joke. We will never be back!!! They use deceptive ads on the internet to lure customers. This place looks NOTHING like the internet photos. Be warned, both the grounds and units are in great disrepair, kept in terrible unsanitary conditions (Gunk on cabinets, nasty smelly carpet, broken fixtures, nasty curtains, peeling doors, windows, etc). Lots of deferred maintenance everywhere at this so called "resort." They have several rooms in the corner,far from the pool and beach. Feel bad to pay the high price to get such rooms.

So disappointed when we entered the villa. The rooms do not equal the beauty of the lobby and restaurant. Every aspect of the villa was shabby. Needs MAJOR updates. So disappointed, we left early.
